Nerve pain
I am a 25-year-old male with high blood pressure. For the past few weeks I have been experiencing mild nerve-related symptoms such as tingling sensation in my hands, mild pain around the neck (sometimes left or right side), and occasional mild finger tremors. There is no major weakness, but my hands sometimes feel slightly weak while walking. Could you please advise: Is there any medicine or supplement recommended for this condition? Thank you.

Neck pain with Tingling/numbeness (paresthesias) might be a sign of Cervical spondylosis. It might also be due to Diabetes (unlikely in your age) Though neck pain is common with Hypertension, tingling sensation in hands with tremors is highly unlikely due to hypertension
