As u r having for past 4 days, better u try T.Aswagandha from Himalaya, 1tab twice a day. As this is an adaptogenic medicine, u may get relief wat may be the root cause of the problem.in the mean time avoid gaseous food like potato, unripe banana,corn,pulses.. just try for 15 days otherwise if the symptoms persist Consult a nearby Siddha or Ayurvedic dr for pain management.

Where do you get pain? Sometimes problems in your vertebrae can cause radiating pain. Painkillers give temporary relief instead try to strength your back . try deep dynamic stimulation therapies to strengthen your back.
