Nerve damage aftr im injection vit b12
Severe leg pain, when touched the injection site the inside pain radiates until the feet. Pain was from hip to the knees now it's until the feet. And tingling pain, and burning sensation. Please find the xray and help. Will it resolve the issue?

Pain radiating to leg while touching the injection site could be due to irritation/inflammation of nerve that could be due to the injection or due to many other reasons.

It is very likely that during injection nerve might be pierced by the needle or medicine could be injected too close to the nerve. Under such situation, nerve will irritated and give rise to the symptoms mentioned by you. However, there could me many other causes of above symptoms which could be ascertained only after detailed clinical examination followed by appropriate investigations.
