Nerve compression
My father has severe nerve spinal compression. He is 81 years. old. Since last 2 years he had leg pain but now it has increased. He is heart patient with 2 stunts. So we don't want to go for surgery. We have tried all the treatments but no relief. He wears compression socks also. No vascular issue. Tried all medicines. Physiotherapy but no relief. I know it cannot be reversed but is there symptom relief. He stands and walk with stick/walker but is depressed because of heaviness in left leg and his knees also damaged.

81 years of age with stents in the heart are not a medical absolute contraindication for surgery. If physiotherapy and other conservative methods have failed, surgery could be the only sensible option. Perhaps the surgery could be done under local anaesthesia + epidural anaesthesia - an experienced surgeon + anaesthetist can guide you. Medications for nerve pain relief can have side effects as well and may not be very effective.
Next Steps
Consult an experienced neurosurgeon for proper surgical advice.
