NERVE COMPRESSION

Asked for Female, 24 Years

Can NERVE COMPRESSION be treated through EXERCISES ONLY or it will require some other treatment or medications ? I am asking this because I already took so many medicines, but none of them really worked . I HAVE SYMPTOMS OF NERVE COMPRESSION( ELECTRIC PAIN IN KNEE AREA MUSCLE) , NOT BASED ON ANY MRI REPORT.

Based on ur history it seems that u had presumed it as nerve pain. There r usually rare cases of nerve pain in knee. Nerve pain are usually on upper part of body especially over face and neck area. Physiotherapy will help u. But a proper history of pain duration and severity and drugs u had taken is must
