  4. Neosmile dosage. Be given and frequency.

Hi, my son is 4.5 months old(exclusively breastfed). He is lactose intolerant and we started giving him neosmile 6 drops before every feed when he was 2 months old. Later on we increased the dosage to 7 and then 8 drops based on his consumption of breastmilk. Reducing substances in his first test had '+ + +' and now it is reduced to '+'. What is the recommended dosage of neosmile to be given and frequency.

Best to revert back to the doctor who started the medication. The use is usually to be added to the milk being prepared for the baby and 4drops. I believe you are exclusively breastfeeding as mentioned by you
