Hi , my three months old baby boy has neonatal acne, pimples appear and go, but this time there pimples marks and his cheeks have become very dry, any suggestions for acne and cream to be used?

Neonatal acne does not require treatment. Just apply moisturiser, multiple times a day, try to use two different moisturisers and coconut oil.

Neonatal acne doesn't usually require any treatment.
For dry skin keep applying a good moisturizer 2-3 times a day
