Generalised anxiety keeps you continuously worried and anxious and you keep going back in cycles of these emotions. Going to a therapist for anxiety treatment specially with CBT for anxiety would be helpful. Breaking the worry cycle will help.

Take a chart of worry tree from internet try filling it. But it's just a start I would recommend taking a complete CBT treatment of at least 8 sessions and follow ups.
