Negativity
I tend to overanalyse situations from the past 40 years. I want to come out of this. I cannot stop thinking negative about every possible silly situation. What should i do?

Thinking negative about every possible situation ( pessimism) is suggestive of depression. But a clinical interview would be useful to confirm your diagnosis.
