Asked for Male, 42 Years

Iam tested TMT recently, The Result is Negative TMT for inducible Ischemia Doctor told me heart rate is high nearly starting 120 to 155 at peak.He suggest that starpress xl 12.5 for Rate and anxiety but at home my pulse always normal like 70 to 80. Pls suggest iam worrying about that . Regards.

I would prefer for a 24 hour holter ecg monitoring which can be done on opd basis. This will give us lot of information regarding the fluctuations in your heart rate any arrhythmias or it’s just sinus tachycardia. So appropriate drug if at all required can be started or can manage without medicines.
