Negative thoughts during speaking
During speaking am thinking myself that whether am speaking good and whether others can understand. During speaking with others through english am facing the same problem. Some times presence of mind also not there.

It is due to performance anxiety or social anxiety. You need to learn to relax and change your thought process. This can be achieved through counseling or cognitive behavioral therapy.
