Negative beta HCG but ectopic symptoms
I had symptoms of pregnancy, i took a test and a very faint line appeared, 2 days later blood hcg report came less than 2.39, sonography was negative and urine test also came negative . I'm having right abdominal pain and dark brown bleeding from my due date. Is this ectopic? Will it resolve given hcg is less than 2.39?

If the ultrasound was negative then it's not ectopic
If bhcg is less than 100 ur not pregnant
The brown bleeding is ur periods
