Needle or stone feeling
I feel that some stone or needle like thing is there in my eye , it's not painful but I don't feel it's flexibly working. I am done with basic test and dry eyes test but still nothing found I don't know how to diagnose it . Please suggest me something.thank you.

Hi looks like dry eye Have plenty of water 4-5 litres
Next Steps
then use gentle eye drops or lacrigel gel and still if it is same then visit ophthalmologist again

Could be dry eye or some foreign body in the eye. You can use eye drop teardrops 2 to 3 times a day for a week. Consult SOS

You need a proper examination of eye to rule out a small foreign body or may be a dry eye.
