I have uploaded those reports plz suggest me treatment according to these reports,i am suffering from recurrent renal stones, are these stones damaging my kidney?? I am anxious please help

You have a stone in your left kidney which is 5 mm (will usually pass down on its own (70% chance), but will cause pain while coming down. Right side they have mentioned that there dilatation. Which means either there is a stone on the right urinary passage causing blockage which they are not able to pick up in USG or that stone could have passed down recently. Echogenecity is increased on both sides

Check for kidney function Do RFT, electrolytes Urine routine Do a CT KUB Do 24 hours urine profile for Calcium, Uric acid, Citrate and Oxalate Check blood Calcium, Po4 and Uric acid levels We can start treatment based on above reports to prevent new stone formation
