I need guidance
Recently i have seen my creatinine (1.35) and phosphorus (5.34) is raised every other parameters are normal i also uploaded the urine report now i just want to know is it kidney disease??if it is then shall i going to progress to the dialysis stage??i don't have hypertension or diabetes but i suffer from recurrent kidney stone from last 10 years i am paranoid please help me..

Urine report is normal.
If your creatinine result is above the normal Limits of the lab then please repeat the same and consult a Nephrologist.
