Need treatment suggestion for cancer
Hi,
Recently we came accross my mother-and-law have cancer and it's in stage4.. She is not showing any serious symptoms ( as of now fine and she is healthy).
I wanted to know how time left to her and what type of treatment we should give.
Some doctors are telling at this stage no surgery usefull and chemotherapy is usefull. So I need open suggestion on this.. Please do the needful.

This is stage 4 gastro-esophageal junction tumor. Will require a biopsy to confirm. To do her2-neu and PD-L1 testing to guide further therapy. Survival depends on the expression of above markers.
