Need to weight loss
I am 75 Kgs and 5'5" tall. I wish to reduce atleast 7 more kilos so that I can look slim and trim. Could you please suggest a workout routine that is easy and fun and suggest a simple diet so as to achieve my target.

In reference to diet you need to avoid high fat,high GI food,friedfoods,ready made products and eat healthy balanced high protein and high fibre diet includes all seasonal veggies and fruits. Do 30 mnts brisk walk or running with 30 to 50 mnts workout or yoga of your choice, you can add TABATA or Surya namaskar in your schedule as need to burn 500 calories daily.
