Firstly take high fiber low fat diet with enough proteins to reduce unhealthy fat. Drink lot of water everyday. Take small and frequent meals at regular intervals of 2-3 hrs. Avoid outside food completely. Do crunches and pushups daily to reduce belly fat. Ask me directly for customized diet plan for you.

Hello, you haven't mentioned your height. To loose weight you will need customised diet plan which can be fitted into your daily routine. Till then you can follow these simple tips: 1. Stop/ minimize outside food including food from office canteen. Carry home cooked food. 2. Try to take 4 meals with 1 or 2 mini snacks in between. Avoid starvation or extreme diets. 3. Choose healthier breakfast items like oats, chapati, museli, eggs, idli, dosa , Poha. Limit bread and Bakery items. 4. Limit oil intake and fat containing foods like paneer, sweets, peanuts, farsan, red meat, cheese etc. 5. Increase fluid consumption, through lemon water, buttermilk, infused water etc. 6. Start  exercising, take brisk walk, jog, swim, badminton, for at least 30 min daily. 7. Check  for under active thyroid and  any other vitamin deficiencies which can play pivotal role in weight loss, like Vitamin D3.
Next Steps
Consult a Physician/ Gynecologist to rule out any underlined medical condition. Consult a qualified Nutritionist in your area for customised diet plan.
