Need to remove Warts from Face and Hand

Asked for Male, 33 Years

I have been seeing Wart on face (near jaw on upper neck area) from last 2-3 weeks and also on 1 of the hand fingers near nail. its painless however want to remove completely and also must not come in future. 1. Need to know reason of cause (allege, hygiene, water, diet etc?) 2. what should I do to remove it completely in weeks time? 3. What are precautions I should take in future? 4. Any side effects anticipated?
