Need to know
IN My KFT Report Creatinine (1.41) and Phosphorus (5.87) high..But My Urine Routine test is normal no protein or anything else is found And my ACR report is also normal 7.4 now what should I don and what is the reason behind this elevated Creatinine and Phosphorus.. Should I worry about it due to CKD?? AND most important thing I don't have Hypertension or Diabetes..

Nothing to worry for creatinine of 1.41. You can continue routine activity, some exercises to make yourself fit. And can undergo regular yearly KFT test. If USG KUB was not done , please go to check status of kidneys and yo rule out any stone/hydronephrosis . If USG will be normal then stay in touch with a nephrologist.
