Need to grow my height
I'm 27 now and my height 5ft and I eager to grow my height 25cm more...if I take any supplements can i grow taller ...plz anyone help me ..i cant feeling better

Height increases only till the age of 17/18 years. After that linear growth of bone does not happen. Extreme surgical measures are done by some orthopaedic surgeons on those who are really desperate.
