From past one month I am very distracted from my studies and I am having issues in my relationship. I can't able to focus on my career and feeling irritated with my relationship also. I can't control my angerness also, when I get angry I feel to beat anyone badly or I can any how just take out this smartness. Kindly please help me doctor sir
