My mom is 82years old and diagnosed as Bipolar Disorder problem. She is talking Desval ER 250mg twice daily, Admenta 5mg, once daily and Alzolum 0.5 mg at bed time. The problem is she is feeling sleepy and dizzy almost whole day specially in the morning. No appetite and losing her confidence. Is it a right direction for her treatment?

Hello
It looks like your mother has additional issues. Bipolar disorder has two phases mania and depression. If she's having low appetite and losing confidence, it might imply that she is having depression phase. So for proper diagnosis and treatment, detailed history is needed and so you need to consult a psychiatrist.
