My daughter's doctor had done all the necessary tests earlier, including a karyotyping test, and the results were normal. When she was around 7 months old, the doctor noticed that her nose looked a little flat and asked whether a karyotyping test had been done. We showed the normal report, and after seeing it, the doctor said everything was fine.
However, I became very anxious because of that comment, so we consulted another pediatrician. The second doctor examined her and reassured us that she is normal. The doctor asked when she achieved head control and whether she rolled over on her own. I told them that she achieved good head control and started rolling over independently at around 5.5 months. Now she is over 9 months old and is still not crawling, which is making me worried because of the previous doctor's comment.
At present, she can stand with support, sits independently and plays, and can pull herself up from her carry cot into a sitting position by herself. Pls guide me

She is achieving her developmental milestones as per her age, so nothing to worry about. She can stand with support. That suggests that her motor milestones are appropriate for age.

The child appears to be normal as per milestones. As many pediatricians have checked her and said she is ok and karyotyping is normal, there is no need to worry. But it's difficult to comment without personally checking the baby.
I totally understand your concern. Before suggesting treatment, I would like to ask a few questions to ensure the correct management can be provided.

Hi
Your daughter’s development at 9 months is appropriate as she is standing with support, sitting independently .. As far as not crawling some babies tend to skip or achieve a little later.. as she is already standing with support few days she will try taking the help of furniture and start moving around..
By around 1 year they will try walking with support ..
focus on her diet .. Babyproof your home and keep a check on other milestones like how’s the social interaction ..Be reassured..
Your daughter’s development sounds reassuring. She achieved head control, rolled over independently at around 5.5 months, sits without support, pulls herself into a sitting position, stands with support, and plays appropriately. Not all babies crawl before walking—some crawl late, some bottom-shuffle, and some skip crawling altogether. At 9 months, not crawling alone is not considered abnormal if other milestones are progressing well. A normal karyotype and two reassuring pediatric assessments are also encouraging. Continue plenty of supervised tummy time and floor play, and monitor her progress. If she is still unable to move independently (crawl, creep, or bottom-shuffle) by around 11–12 months, or if there is loss of previously achieved milestones, poor muscle tone, or concerns with social interaction or feeding, she should be reviewed again by her pediatrician.
She is a wonderful child and attaining all milestones upto the mark as per age. Every child doesn’t crawl so pls don’t worry about that if other milestones are being ticked on time. Please focus on vocal, motor and sensory development of the child along with good diet. Rest all be assured you are the best mother and your child is the biggest gift from God.
Greetings
It is normal for some babies to skip crawling or start later.Your daughter has already achieved excellent core strength and coordination by sitting, standing, and pulling up independently.Because every baby develops at a different pace, crawling is no longer considered a major milestone .The fact that she was reassured by two pediatricians and her genetic tests came back normal should give you peace of mind.Keep encouraging her with safe floor play and tummy time to build further confidence.
