Need suggestion for thyroid

Asked for Female, 24 Years

Hi, I am a 24 yrs working girl in Bangalore.Its been some days,I a facing low BP and dizzyness.i went to a doctor and he did a thyroid test.In the report T3 and T4 was normal but TSH level was comparatively high.It was 68 but general it should be 0.5 to 5 max.So for confirmation I again did the TSH test from a reputed Path Lab after a week.And the report was a bit surprising.The TSH level was >150.Now I am confused. What is the severity of this and any good doctor for consultation? Thanks
