Need some knowledge
Does CKD always inevitably Progress to end stage??if i control all the comorbility like blood pressure or blood sugar ,inspite of this will CKD progress to kidney faliure from stage 2 according to gfr but there is no protenuria..ACR is 7.17 just creatinine and phosphorus little bit elevated

Hi, it's not the blanket statement. It depends on the native kidney disease, risk factors and precipitating factors. If you control all the risk factors like diabetes, hypertension, low protein intake, less salt, avoiding pain killer and other nephrotoxic medications, control of phosphorus, uric acid, maintenance of haemoglobin, prompt and early treatment of infections then progression will be according to underlying native kidney disease
