Need second opinion on fibroadenomas
I found a lump in my breast a few weeks ago — hard, not movable, pains when touching it, and sometimes the area turns red. One lump appeared recently within a month, and its hard and immobile when touching it. I also have trouble breathing when lying on my back — it started around the same time as the lump. My first breast surgeon couldn’t feel the lump clearly on exam but sonography showed 6 lumps and new one that i found is 2.6 cm x 1 cm lesion. Ultrasound was done. Chest X-ray was clear. FNAC has not been done yet. There’s a strong family history of cancer — both paternal grandparents had different types of cancer, and my grandfather’s cancer spread multiple times. I have autoimmune thyroiditis and also some neck lumps — one bigger than the other.
