Breast swelling with lumps and cyclical
I have breast(left) swelling with multiple lumps. The lumps feel sometimes hard and sometimes soft/rubbery. I get sudden pinching pain before and during periods, which has disturbed my sleep. Breast size has increased. No fever, redness, or nipple discharge. Please advise

Most commonly it could be fibroadenosis of breast
