Hello Doctor,
Me 50 years Female. Height 150cm, weight 61kgs. Periods are regular. Except this month, stopped. So I went for consultation. Some tests were done. I was told major surgery. But the Consultant Radiologist told me, no surgery and medications needed. My TSH,FSH,HB, Blood Sugar, all are normal. I am attaching the reports.

Since your periods have just stopped, repeat the ultrasound after 3 months. If the endometrial is still thick, go for an endometrial biopsy. Don't worry about the fibroids, as you are entering menopause, they will shrink.

Follow up scan after 3months
