Is there any Medicine available which can reduce spectacles number( eye number). Mine eye number is -4.75

There is no medicine or exercise to get rid of the glasses except lasik.

LASIK is a very good option

If there was any medicine to reduce spectacles , I will be first in line. No there isn't. You can go for LASIK surgery though.
