How to reduce eyes number
Hi My right eye no -4.50 and left eye no -4.25 Is there any food or medicine which can help me to reduce my eye sight no.

At this age, it is challenging to reduce the number by diet, exercise, or medications. If it bothers a lot then refractive surgery or LASIK should be ideal

No food or medicine can reduce the refractive error of eye... You can get lasik done for removal of glasses...take proper diet an wear your spectacles regularly

No, glass power can'be reduced. But it can be maintained by healthy diet and exercise and outdoor activities.

No food or medicine can reduce the number. Green leafy vegetables, milk, pulses, carrots, are good for eyes. Your diet should be balanced one for healthy eyes and overall health. No junk food.

Diet or medicine doesn't not affect glasses number..it depends on shpe of eye..

Can't be reduced by diet.  You can get refractive surgery done though. But use glasses regularly. Minimize screen time  Eat healthy nutritious diet with lots of fruits and vegetables.
