No food or medicine can reduce the refractive error of eye... You can get lasik done for removal of glasses...take proper diet an wear your spectacles regularly
No food or medicine can reduce the number. Green leafy vegetables, milk, pulses, carrots, are good for eyes. Your diet should be balanced one for healthy eyes and overall health. No junk food.
Can't be reduced by diet. You can get refractive surgery done though.
But use glasses regularly.
