Need medical certificate cos of eye issu

Asked for Female, 30 Years

Hi doctor, My eyes are becoming watery frequently,along with irritation.also,I have developed increased sensitivity to light. From last few days I am not able to do office work on laptop,could you please help me with a medical certificate as I need to get it treated asap as my eyes are already weak and I am myopic with - powers in both eyes.i don't want to risk my vision. Thanks
