Suffered gastritis for 4 months. Took esofag tablet for 8 weeks. Now no symptoms. Stopped tablets. Now Can I take a to z multivitamin  & shelcal 500 mg tablets? Currently iam not taking any tablet like pan & ppi ' s.. is it safe to Take a to z & shelcal 500 mg tablets without pan tablet ? It will not cause acidity? Please answer. Iam taking gluconorm g 1 Aten 50 tablet s.

Multivitamin and shelcal will not cause gastritis but metformin increases gastritis.. you can consult for change in diabetic madications unless you r tolerating them and you require diet modification for gastritis
