Usually gallbladder polyps are asymptomatic ,found incidentally when ultrasound abdomen is done.Gallbladder polyps are common and 95 percent are noncancerous Recent guidelines recommend removal of gall bladder if the size of the polyps are more than 10mm.otherwise do watch
Next Steps
do periodic ultrasound to detect any increase in its size
