Need help please
Hi People F-35 Lil back ground- since 1.5 years I keep getting chest pain and heart palpitations and have been to doctor atleast 6 to 7 times for ecg or echo or tmt but not from few days I'm feeling like left hand pain and all other symtoms  of heart attack so am worried that I'll  have heart attack and am gonna face something bad I start thinking about my 2 year old son  PLEASE DOES ANY ONE FEEL CHEST PAIN LEFT HAND PAIN NECK AND JAW PAIN AND FEEL THE SAME FEELING EVERY TIME

If cardiac evaluation is normal it is commonly seen in illness anxiety disorder. Consult a psychiatrist and take treatment, symptoms will diminish in 2-4 weeks in most. Good luck.

Please get a Tmt done see a cardiologist if your pain is localised it shouldn’t be dangerous but please go to a cardiac and get proper tests done rather guessing It can also be anxiety
