I have touched a 500 bank note which was colored or blood on it i don't know when I asked the person he said he has withdrawn in 2 days back from ATM and I have small dots on my hand it's red in color it's visible but can't say it is broken skin or not but not bleeding .should I get check for blood born dieses . I touched it 1hr back

From what you describeâyou touched a â¹500 note that might have had a blood-like stain, and you had small red dots on your hand but no bleeding or clearly open woundâthis is not considered a meaningful HIV exposure. HIV does not survive or transmit through ordinary touching or contaminated surfaces, and transmission requires infected blood/body fluid to reach a mucous membrane, damaged tissue, or bloodstream.
For hepatitis B, the virus is more environmentally stable, but transmission still requires infectious blood/body fluid to enter through non-intact skin, a mucous membrane, or directly into the bloodstream. Simply touching a note with intact skin is not a typical transmission route.

Since you noticed only red dots and no bleeding or definite open wound, you generally do not need HIV PEP or emergency blood-borne-disease testing for this event. Wash your hands normally with soap and water. Do not repeatedly inspect or squeeze the red spots to determine whether the skin is broken. If you know that you are not vaccinated against hepatitis B, vaccination is worthwhile for general protection, but this particular incident does not sound like a significant exposure requiring emergency treatment.
