Definitely underweight for age.
So for stool it’s normal, no worries about that.
Requires 1000kcal diet/day maybe divided in 5-6 servings - 180-200 ml of milk with spoonful of sugar 3- 4 times, one grated rice based serving with pulse and green vegetables with a bit of butter or ghee mashed up, one grated wheat porridge with pulse and vegetable again, one serving with a few boiled potatoes mashed, one serving of a piece or two of bananas, one serving of fruits like apple, papaya or likes all mashed. You can also try out the yellow of a boiled egg daily.
Mind you don’t add salt any where.
I think this should be sufficient for catch up growth.
Make feeding pleasurable ,not a punishment by forced feeding.
*Forced feeding has to be avoided*
Next Steps
Come back if it doesn’t help.
