It’s TB spine .. please consult locally to TB and chest physician . TB is a notifiable disease.

Hey there, this is very little to comment on your brother’s condition. But multiple abscesses along the spine is seen in Spinal Tuberculosis.
Cannot say for sure, as he needs to undergo bunch of investigations to confirm.
I would advice you to visit Orthopedic doctor for further management as I don’t know his clinical condition.
