Need aryuvedic advice

Asked for Male, 40 Years

I was taking aryuvedic medicine earlier and the sugar level was under control. Was diagonised with covid pneumonia in the month of Oct2020 and post covid the sugar level remains quite high, Fasting ranges from 130-180 and pp 270-350 I don't want to take insulin or Allopethic medicines, olease advice aryuvedic medicine and also other advice/precautions.

U need take allopathic medicines. With that need to start diet and exercise. With good lifestyle changes sugars will come down. One more thing sugar is progressive disease so u will require medicines.
