Need advise on multivitamin
Hi,
I am taking Starpress XL25 for bp and Thyronorm. In this pandemic Corona era many doctors are advising of taking multivitamins for immunity and good health. Please advise any such multivitamin which I can take and also my family like wife and mother, brother can take as well. Also suggest the duration of the course.
We have taken Vitamin C tabs and A2Z intermittently in the past.
