Hi. My father is a Diabetic for 12 years. He has been having vision problem for 4 years now. Had Avastin injection twice in each eye and also had laser and lenses in the eyes. Now he has vision problem in left eye and the doctor has advised surgery in the left eye and injection in the right eye. Need to know if it can be treated without surgery. Attaching the reports.
