Need advice.
Iam experiencing severe upper back right side pain from 3 months, sometimes mild headache, no numbness, normal bowel movement, no injury, left eye redness from 3 days, Done physiotherapy, used hot water towel, vitamin d ,but no improvement. Currently taking doloneuron tablet, bp 140/90, heart rate 80, taking Aten 50 for b.p, cetapin 500mg for diabeties. Which tests I have to take for this. If MRI which one. Any blood tests? Diabetic rate after meals 250.

Upper back , mid or lower back where exactly is pain?
Any injury?
Avoid any activity which aggravates pain.
Don’t bend or lift weights.
