Diabetic  patients  should  avoid Mosambi  juice or  any  fruit  juice  for  that  matter. It  can  increase  blood sugar by almost  200mg/dl. The best  way to  increase  Vitamin C is  lemon  juice.
Next Steps
Avoid  juices Maintain your  daily  intake of  fresh fruit serving
Health Tips
Fresh  lemon and  Amla are  good  source of  Vitamin C..

Diabetics should ideally not have fruit juices and have the whole fruit instead. This is because the  fibres in whole fruits prevent the sugar from increasing. U can give any OTC vitamin c tablet along with zinc for increasing immunity
