RCT of one tooth doesn’t have any impact on the adjacent tooth. Root canal is always better then extraction as ur saving ur tooth. Bridge is mostly done for missing tooth.

No it doesn’t cause any damage to the neighbour tooth. In fact you are saving the other teeth from getting infected Rct is much better than extraction because you are saving the natural tooth
