Yesterday didn't rtpcr test. From today morning when I'm taking close to my nose able to smell and taste little I feel.. will it be like this after inserting that tube. They insert only inside nose. Not in throat.

Do you have any fever , bodyache, fatigue,,, if yes,... Most likely it's due to covid,, , RTPCR testing/method doesn't cause loss of smell.

It is quite common to have loss of taste and smell sensation in covid ...it is not due to rtpcr test..it will return back to normal in 5-12 days ..they can take sample from nose or throat both are equal and correct ...no need to worry
