Neckpain and backpain
I am a working professional and have to work on a computer for 8-9 hours in a day.. I am facing neckpain issues on the right side frequently now.. Sometimes headache and shoulderpain also accompanies the neckpain.

Computer or laptop ergonomics has to be implemented along with how do you use your mobile while working and talking. You seem to be having a right side bias and thus predominantly right side symptoms. Appropriate stretching exercises.

Need work and olive balance. Make a routine and follow same. Regular exercises and proper posture. Take regular breaks from sitting and do neck during sitting itself.
