Neck to back and shoulders pain
I have an acute pain starting from the back of my head to neck, shoulder, and back. Upper back mainly pains the most. I am an IT professional, so I sit for almost 8 hours. Please advice what should I do to cure this.

Take 5-10 minute breaks after working for 2-3 hours. Do neck exercises 3 times daily. Have well balanced diet , drink plenty of water.
