Hello,
I am experiencing stiffness in neck for the last 7-10 days. I can move my neck in any direction although, but i feel stiffness and a bit of pain as well. I lead an active lifestyle, indulging in sports and jogs. Please suggest.

Hi, following these steps will help.. Stretching: Spasms are best treated with stretching exercises. Massage: You may be able to massage your neck yourself by finding the tight muscles and putting deep pressure on these muscles. You might also get a massage from a friend or therapist... Moist heat: Sometimes, especially with recurrent spasms, moist heat can help. Ice: Put an ice pack, gel pack, on your neck every 3 to 4 hours for up to 20 minutes at a time... Stress management: Neck spasms are a common physical symptom caused by stress or depression.. Consult Orthopedician if symptoms persists...
