I have been suffering from the problem of cervical spondylosis for 4 months
My X Ray report written in :-
Changes of degeneration are noted in the cervical vertebrae in the form of Small osteophyte at C5, C6, C7
Please anybody tell me is this serious ?

There is no need to worry.
This is the degenerative condition.
If you have pain apply it water fermentation for 15 minutes twice a day.
Then apply any diclofenac ointment.
Then start the normal neck movements.
Then start the neck stretches for the sternocleidomastoid, trapezius muscles........
Then start with the strengthening exercises of the neck those are the neck isometrics.
You have to do these exercises twice a day.
Do not over strain do the exercises until the pain free range.
