Neck pain/shoulder/spine
My husband has severe pain entire neck area since 3 weeks. He did exercises d physiotherapist suggested and also cold and hot pads.. but not much improvement.. I don't know what to do.. no doctor giving proper advise how to cure this..how to go about it? His sitting posture and all might have been a problem as he sits on computer entire day, he s been improving that. Still there is pain.. Besides, what else to do to cure this pain?

It could be due to cervical spondylosis.  Get an X-ray done and don't do physiotherapy without orthopedician consultation

Hello where are you understand your problem yes it might be due to posture which is causing so much problem please continue the heart bags and the Physiotherapy as the relief will definitely take some time you can also use some skeletal muscle relaxants like aceclofenac, thiocolchisine etc...please consult an orthopaedician..thank you

Do xray cervical spine to rule out cervical spondylitis...then proper advice can be offered
